Did you know that you can get €50 for your local GAA club by insuring your home with AIB.

AIB will give €50 to your nominated club for every New Home or Renters Insurance policy they provide for you. So while you protect your home, you can also help support your nominated GAA Club. This is an offer open to over 250 clubs in the country.

So when your Home Insurance is up for renewal don’t forget to call into Fergal or Niamh in AIB Tramore or contact on 051 381216 or 086 6061364 or email niamh.n.crowe@aib.ie to get a Home Insurance quotation and also an opportunity to support your local GAA club.

Why choose AIB Home Insurance ?
• 30% discount if you have been claims free for 3 years subject to a minimum premium payable of €157.50

• 24 hour claims helpline based in Ireland

• Spread your payments over 12 months at no additional cost to the premium

• Emergency Home Assist – Your policy covers emergency repairs including €500 for emergency roof repairs, €250 for boiler, water, electrical, heating or similar repairs and up to €100 towards overnight accommodation if your property is uninhabitable – and it doesn’t affect your no claims discount!

Greenway after storm. Please note the area around Durrow/Ballyvoile Tunnel is out of bounds. A number of trees have come down on the Dungarvan side of tunnel and some are lying in a precarious and dangerous state and Waterford Council are presently trying to stabilise and remove them. Please stay away from this area. Also trees down at Carriganore and around Mount Congreve so please allow Waterford Council the space and safety to make things safe again. Again, please stay away from these areas until it is safe to do so.
