The offices of Dobbyn & McCoy have been practicing in Waterford for over 200 years under various names from Tandy & Co. to Dobbyn & Tandy to Dobbyn, Tandy & McCoy and finally to Dobbyn & McCoy as has been its name for the last 100 years.

The offices have been at 5 Colbeck Street during this period save on the 23rd October 2006 the offices were extended into new adjoining offices at 4 Colbeck Street. In the early 1990’s a branch office was set up in Tramore as Dobbyn & McCoy had taken over the practice of the late Michael Morrissey,Tramore(father of our partner Danny Morrissey) who had practiced as a sole practitioner at Strand Street ,Tramore from 1944 up until his death in 1987.

The office at 2 Main Street, Tramore is run by the late Michael Morrissey’s daughter-in-law Edel Morrissey, Solicitor.
