Passage East Car Ferry

passage1-smThe Passage East Ferry Company Ltd operates a continuous Car Ferry Service across the River Suir linking the villages of Ballyhack in Wexford and Passage East in Waterford, Ireland. Our ferry is a very important link for Tourism and Business operators as well being a very popular as part of a day trip itinerary for many people on both Waterford & Wexford sides of the Suir estuary. .

passage2-smThe Service operates every day with the exception of 25 & 26 December. We operate longer hours from April to September. With an average of 120 crossings every day "You wont have long to wait". River Cruises are availabe from Waterford and New Ross. Some of the country's finest golf courses are in the South East. These are just a few suggestions. Access to all these attractions should start, with a crossing on The Passage East Car Ferry.

The present car ferry service commenced in 1982 replacing a small boat ferry service that had been in place for hundreds of years.
